We started holding Wine Dinners during 2008 and found that
there are many wine enthusiasts around the lake that really
appreciate combining great wines with great food. We
normally hold our Wine Dinners on the second Tuesday of
each month during the period of September through May.
All of our Wine Dinners have been sold out within a few days
of announcing the date, and they are by reservation only.
Each Dinner has a theme, usually with four or five courses all personally
prepared by Executive Chef Mark and Sous Chef Cara.
We also offer each of the evening’s wines at significantly discounted prices
for your enjoyment.

We are also working on organizing a Blackwater Wine Club and more
